You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of jiliasi's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jiliasi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiliasi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliasi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
